I have a simple video with autoplay and control activated. It works on chrome desktop but not in chrome and other browsers on mobiles. Is there a way to solve this issue even if I'm not a programmer knowing Java? Or is there a guideline for setting up my file within hype 4?
Play the video inline, and set muted on autoplay. Thats the only way to get it working on mobile devices, as it has to be user initiated for audio.
