Background image for MP4 not showing

Hi.

I have added an image for a background for a video element.

It shows okay on iPhone ( via hype app ) but not on safari or chrome on Mac desktop.

Any help appreciated

Did you set a 'poster' image like this?

If you can share an example that would be great.
