Hi everyone
A Spanish Foundation asked me for material for blind people, like Audiogames so I started to make some, even though I don't know how to use audio, just call every sound like in every game, but I can't control volume, don't know duration, play with mono or stereo to make an atmosphere, or how to make a voice to tell scores or info, and the problem when the page is fully loaded, because I can't warn the blind people when the game is ready, they need to click to hear the game is loaded, too many things I found, but it was so fun! LOL
I made a couple of games with no graphics, just a black screen, the first game is to kill mosquitoes while being in a garden. A very simple one button game. The game is in Spanish, but you have the translation here:
Click the screen when you see the mosquito at the corner to start the game.
Robot voice (1st scene)
"This is the mosquito game, where you have to hit all the mosquitoes that buzz nearby. You can press the button to hit, but remember, you can't hit your friend too many times or you'll lose the game.
Click to start or hold the button for 3 seconds to return to the previous menu. Let's begin!"
My voice (2d scene)
"Ahhh, it's a very nice afternoon, let's go out and relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Please watch over the mosquitoes that start looking for dinner at a certain time."
When you hear the sliding door, the game starts. Hit the mosquitoes by clicking the screen at the right time. By now you can't loose for the mosquitos, just when hitting your friend so many times, the game is 3 minutes long.
I hope you like this first attempt of an audio game. I need to learn more about sound and games.
