I have an issue with an animation skipping back at the beginning while loading. The animation begins with a text reveal and then skips back to the beginning once the first image has loaded.
Now, this is not an issue when testing the animation locally, only when viewed online. So, I imagine that the issue is one of the speed of the images loading.
It seem to me that, if I could delay the animation starting till all (or at least the first image) was loaded, that would fix it.
Any idea how I could do that?
Can you make sure you have all available updated to Tumult Hype? This was an issue in Tumult Hype 3, which has been resolved (the latest version is 3.5.1).
If you bought from the Mac App Store, you can update by these steps:
Open the App Store by going to the Apple menu and selecting App Store
Make sure you are signed in via the Store menu
Click the Updates tab at the top of the App Store window
If you have not already upgraded, it should be listed in the Updates section, and clicking the Update button will install the latest update for free.
If you purchased from our Tumult Store, you can update by these steps:
Open Tumult Hype
Choose the ‘Hype > Check for Updates…’ menu
Install and relaunch when prompted.
That worked.
