I am trying to fade in and out a graphic on the timeline at a specific time in the video (20S) - an mp4. When I load it to the server the timing is off.

Thank you - for the time being I just incorporated the callouts into the video. It appears that the initial loading time for the video makes the animations in the timeline off. I will experiment with the links you provided. Thanks again!
