All of my pages are cut off at bottom

When I preview mu document in the browser my pages are all cut off at the bottom. Can someone tell me why this is happening.

My page size is 1240 x 1600 …Scale 100% for both. I have checked and unchecked ‘Apply to matching layouts’

The responsive layout: Breakpoint Width: 1240px
