With 5g just around the corner, what do you see the future of Hype development. It seems like it would allow for a lot more possibilities. @jonathan I’d love to hear your take on this.
Wifi and home broadband connections have been fast for a while and slower cell speeds are still commonplace in many parts of the world. 5G adoption is likely to be slow since there’s not a strong need for it as 4G is still more than “fast enough.” 5G is still radio based, which means delivering sustained high speeds at any location is unreliable.
We will always try to make the runtime and exports from Hype as small as possible and let users decide what content they want to deliver to visitors.
