30% of my graphic's aren't loading in the Browser? ( SOLVED )

Hi All,

This is my first post, so, apologies if this has been answered already.
I’ve just tested my presentation on my clients PC and some of the graphics are missing (although they appear in Hype)?
The graphics are in the export folder, so, i can’t see how or why the graphics aren’t loading in the browser?

Has anyone had this problem before and how did you solve it?

This is a very URGENT post as i we present on Friday. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Malcolm

We can’t really help you unless you post a link or share a .Hype file.

Some common causes: Can you double check that all your files in your resources folder have been uploaded? Do you see any issues in the Browser’s developer console? It may be an issue with spaces or foreign characters in your file names.

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for getting back to me. We figured it out and it was the size of my graphics. They were too large in file size. So, we re-saved them out for WEB and it all works fine now.

Malcolm
