There are different solutions on the forum. Search for animation on scroll or play timeline on scroll. There is also an example directly from Tumult. Maybe somebody remembers the link or you find it in the search. I made a script that is called Sticky scroll effect and it is linked in this post. It uses a video in it but that is beside the point as the main feature is that it sticks and plays the timeline on scroll.
