I think it depends on the use case context. In cases where it would be viewed repeatedly then the faster option would be ideal. The slower one would be good for a brand introduction.
If it’s being used as a bookend or scene cut, go for fast as these tend to build up repetitions over time. (Even the most beautiful builds can grow tiring.)
