Is it possible to place a Hype iBooks Author widget under a text layer in iBooks Author? When I test it on the iMac, it opens full page and the text disappears. Is there a way to keep the text above the widget as it plays?
I do not know of any techniques to do this; it appears the widget will always be on top. That said, the iBook I believe is presented within a single web view, so there might be some extreme ways to hack this by manipulating the iframe the hype widget is in via javascript’s window.parent.document element.
