How can I be sure my HTML5 document is responsive? I have created an app in ios and my programmer tells me that my app is not responsive.

Has anyone played around with the Responsive Design mode in Safari 9? Looks like a great way to test your responsive layouts. When you use it though, I would recommend hitting the refresh button once, wish I knew why but I have been burned many times on that.

But it is a great tool, Firefox has it too, have not checked the others.
