I have a Hype-based site that ignores width settings and cuts off the right and left edges of items, stretches fixed width groups and so on. I can take layouts from this and paste them into a fresh document and everything works as it is supposed to. I can copy and paste 20 layouts and be done with it, or I can provide the screwy document for examination, but I’d rather not waste anyone’s time.
Is there any way to reset a document without messing with the content?
If it is truly corrupt this is something that you should post or send to support@tumult.com so we can investigate. Otherwise there’s not really a way to “reset” a document; the data is the document. Either way it’d be useful to post to see what is going on.
