Animated music player

Hi,
I’d like to create a very basic sound player: a picture of a cd and a play/stop button.

The user clicks on the button, the cd starts spinning and plays music.
For coding simplicity I don’t mind if there are 2 buttons (one for play and one for stop).

Is that feasible?

My attempts so far work but not as described above, I’m missing my (deprecated) TellTarget from Flash… (click the button and TellTarget CD to spin… easy :D).
