Scaling & Behaviour greyed out

Hi there. I seem to be having an issue with the Scaling & Behaviour drop-down box. It is constantly greyed out and I can’t change it from “stretch”.

In the Hype help documentation it states “This control is only enabled when an element is allowed to resize both its width and height”. As far as I can see in all of the menus there is nothing selected for this particular element which inhibits this. I have also tried unticking “constrain proportions” but this doesn’t seem to make any difference either.

In the Pins and Sizing box I have enabled the Left, Top & Right pins, although I have also tried with just Left & Top, Right & Top, etc.

I would upload a screenshot but the forum won’t allow me to do this because I am a new user.

This seems like a simple issue but I’m unsure what else to try…

Try check scale width and/or height for the document, ‘Document inspector’.
That will enable the scaling.

I’ve now discovered that the problem was that I hadn’t clicked on the arrows inside the Flexible Layout pin box.
