If you need to reinstall Hype and you’ve lost your serial number please keep in mind that if you purchased from the Mac App store, you can reinstall Hype by opening the ‘Purchases’ tab on the Mac App store. For more info on upgrading & reinstalling, read this topic.
If you purchased Hype from the Tumult Store, search your email for the word: “Fastspring” or “Tumult Hype” or visit this page: https://tumult.com/hype/license-recovery/
If you purchased from a bundle, search your email for Tumult Hype or the bundle name.
