Not sure if this belongs here, but this has been bugging me. When you have a list of elements within a group (folder), and the folder is locked. You can unlock an item within that folder, but then you cannot do anything with it, so it seems like a glitch. When an item is locked within a locked folder, unclicking a single item should unlock the folder as well, in my humble opinion. If there’s a reason against it, you may consider a quick pulse of red on the folder color, if a user attempts to make a move on said unlocked, but unaccessible item… thanks!
Thanks for the feedback - you’re right, this could be improved and isn’t obvious what is happening.
Technically if an item within a locked group is unlocked, you can still use the inspector and if you’re really crafty you can move it around on the canvas.
