HELP! Preview in browser doesn't work

Hi everyone,

I’m in the middle of a Hype training session and there’s a problem on one of my trainees computer.

The Preview in browser function doesn’t work. I mean, when you press the icon, click on the dropdown menu, use the real menu, or use a shortcut: it doesn’t do anything. Not even open the browsers. He’s forced to export to test his animation, and that’s not very convenient!…

I got rid of the plist preference file, restarted everything, changed the system default browser…

FYI macOS 10.11.3 + Hype 3.6.3 (584).

That’s odd – can you make sure the browsers are in the /Applications folder on their computer? Can you send a bug report? We might see in the logs some info as to why this is happening.
