When I export my Hype project and click on the .html file it plays fine on my MAC via Chrome.
However, all that shows up is a blank screen on my clients PC (also using Chrome).
Any ideas?

It does appear for me using the latest version of Windows and Chrome; are there any errors in the developer console?
It may be useful to get details on how you are serving it to your clients/the live URL.
Do note that for your video to autoplay in Chrome, you will now need to set them to muted. I also recommend upgrading to Hype 3.6.7 if you are not on it already.
