DoubleClick doesn't count the clicks

Hello, i get a call from my agent, that an advertising doesn’t count the clicks, he says maybe something with the click tag…

google doesn’t see the clicktag

the click tag opens a url:

I recommend having them go into Google Tag Manger’s ‘Preview mode’ to see what the issue might be.

This all seems correct: ?utm_source=dv360&utm_medium=banner&utm_content=3 to have at the end of the URL to track clicks…
