That's correct. I did the same thing, and those errors stopped appearing for me ( I had installed the Google Maps Easy plugin to try to replicate your setup). Can you deactivate the Hype plugin and reactivate?
When I communicate with Jonathan, I got the information:
On a particular note about hosting providers, Hype does have the Export Scripts capability: Tumult Hype — Export Scripts .
and here is my answer:
Thanks for information on export Scripts.
Recently, I deploy project by wordpress Hype animation plugin, and it was improved a lot. I am just thinking it would be more better if Hype plugin is activated in wordpress, Hype will support to export project to wordpress site by FTP account input, In this case, Hype actually communicate with wordpress Hype animation plugin during the process of uploading project . Anyway, this is just an idea.
I am not sure whether it is reasonable feature, just for your evaluation.
This is a great suggestion. There is a way to communicate and login to a Wordpress server using that server’s API (apps like Marsedit use this to edit & publish blog posts). And you can also add images and video to posts through this API, but there isn’t a way to upload files like an OAM which would exist outside of the Media Library as far as I know. Here’s their docs on the API: https://codex.wordpress.org/XML-RPC_WordPress_API/Media#wp.uploadFile
But there’s definitely the possibility to use FTP to upload a Hype document and pass the URL to something (even the Mac Clipboard) – here’s my last attempt at that which didn’t really satisfy all the requirements I had.
BTW the issue you were having was resolved in today’s plugin update (1.7.1).
As to Media Library, there is solution too to control: WP Users Media – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org, the user only can access the media library which uploaded by himself/ herself if that plugins is activated, what need to do is to make decision whether we should integrate that function in Hype Animation plugin.
As to the plugin update, I will test it tonight since we are working on it daylight, and let you know the test result.
MarsEdit is great tool to publish post, but we are always use some plugins to support frontend post like:
this one was the most popular one:
but recently, we are very likely to intergrate frontend post with Buddypress if there is a social community on site with a plugin:
Hey, I donwloaded the plugin on my site and received the error message here: Fatal error : Can’t use function return value in write context in /home/puddhbek/public_html/www.flawlesslawless.com/wp-content/plugins/tumult-hype-animations/includes/adminpanel.php on line 396
Did you install from the Wordpress Plugin repository? I haven’t seen this issue before. If you can shrae your Wordpress admin login with me (via PM) that would be very helpful.
