Videos Not Playing After Going Back To Start

Hi there, apologies if this is in the wrong forum section.

I’ve successfully created my Hype, linked all the scenes together and found that it was working perfectly, videos playing fine and buttons linking well.

However, upon going back to the start of the hype, the videos stop working (a frame flickers and then remains black).

The videos are 1920x1080 MOV, could it be the resolution or file type? I’ve tried converting MP4 and the same thing happens. We need the content to be 1080p so resizing that is not really an option.

I’m testing in Chrome, but have also tried Firefox and Safari (both couldn’t play the videos)

Any ideas?
