Scrolling text from RSS source, Like News TV channels

Hi,

I am looking for a way to display an RSS feed in a box, at the bottom of a screen, as scrolling text, something like a news channel.

The content needs to be updated on a regular basis.

I found a way, using Powershell, to download the actual content of a feed into a file. I thought I could use hype to read the file and display its content, I am at lost to get started.

Any ideas?

Thanks this is very interesting. Found a better name for what I am looking for, it is a news ticker, I will look at your code see for I can adapt to our needs. Thanks a million!
