Persistant Symbols - Transition

I have a persistant symbol in two scenes. One is in a diffent position in the second scene and I expected the transition between scenes to animate the symbol into the new position. It doesn’t! It just snaps into the new position and looks very clunky.

How can I animate a persistant symbol smoothly scene to scene.

I am running out of time to properly trial this software to work out if i can use it or not. Its actually quite hard.

create a timeline within the symbol that is triggered by a custombehaviour.
this is your transition.

call this custombehaviour on every sceneload
