Importing video graphics with transparent background

Hi there! In my project I’ve got a fullscreen video background. Now I’d like to import an animated graphic from Adobe After Effects which should be placed on top of the background video and play automatically with it.

Does anybody know the rendering settings I’ll have to set so the animation’s background stays transparent after importing the file to Hype3?
I tried several settings and codecs but either the animation’s background stayed black or the graphic wasn’t visible at all.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
