can you tell was what they are as Ive looked and can’t find any thing on it.

Specifically in the Identity inspector, you are now able to choose to include an element within keyboard navigation and set the tab index. This is along with being able to set the alternate text (which existed for awhile).
Additionally in some places we set aria -busy, -hidden, -live, and -flowto tags.
