Force browser refresh on change while testing?

Hi Everyone,

It is possible to force an automatic browser refresh when the hype document changes, for testing purposes?
At the moment if I want to preview new changes I need to close the browser tab, click Preview, and (sometimes) delete the browser cache.
Is there a better way?

This would be a cool feature – for now, here’s how to do that using a free tool:

  1. Install Livereload
  2. Export to a folder (You can do this quickly with ⌘ + shift + e then Return )
  3. Point LiveReload to that folder by clicking the plus button at the bottom left corner of the application
  4. Copy and paste the provided JS code in the Head of your Tumult Hype document. You can edit the contents of the <head>…</head> of your exported .html file by clicking on ‘Edit HTML Head’ in the Document Inspector. (This step is not required, but will be useful if you are editing your exported .html file in another program, or want to modify images in your export).

Now, each time the contents of that folder changes by exporting, the page will automatically reload.

Make sure you remove the Livereload JS before putting your document on the web.
