Fatal Error with Wordpress plugin

Did you install from the Wordpress repository or downloaded? (I recommend installing from the repository by going to Plugins > Install Plugins > Search for Tumult Hype Animations)
What is your PHP version? The line where the error is occurring is pretty simple and is a Wordpress core function.
