Export single frame

Hi,

It would be tremendously helpful for us banner producers to be able to export a single JPG as we need to supply the last frame of the animation as a fallback image.

What we do now is export the whole PNG sequence at the lowest possible fps (8), open the last PNG and re-save it as JPG.

The only addition we need is a starting time box, and maybe a file format menu to choose between PNG and JPG.

This minor change would be very welcome one for us.
