They have indicated as much, but I will say that when it comes to the iMac Pro, outside of corporate departments and rich folk, I can't imagine they will see a wild response to a machine that starts at $5,000 and goes up from there.
When Apple reveals their headless machine for pros, I will be curious to see what the price is. Frankly, they need to have a pro machine that starts at around $2700. There are a lot of freelancers out there who need the ports but do not have a ton of money. Having to cough up $300 a month for a loan means raising prices and unless your clients are beyond the pop-and-pop level, you have to compete on what you charge by the hour and the job rather than on skill and expertise.
