Looking to add or remove frames from the timeline. I can’t find anything similar in the Forums… any guidance with this?

I would think you could set up the frames (and I’m assuming you mean widgets, iframes) from the beginning and then hide/make visible the elements as and when you need them. There is no way to create or add elements on the fly at the moment.
Maybe if you share what it is you want to achieve there may be another way.
If you mean animation frames, there’s no timeline based way to “insert frames” but animations can be multiple-selected and stretched. This can most easily be done from the element view, or you can grab keyframes in the properties view.
